Delete your account

Deleting your Muse account removes everything, permanently.

In the app (instant)

Open Muse (the app on your phone, or app.musefashion.me in a browser), go to My Profile and tap Delete my account at the bottom. Confirm, and it is done immediately.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email hello@musefashion.me from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action deletion requests within two working days.

What gets deleted

Everything: your account, your photos (selfies, body shots, wardrobe and product images), your colour and skin analyses, your wardrobe, wishlist, history and preferences. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Crash and usage diagnostics already sent to our monitoring tools age out of those systems on their own retention schedules; they are not linked back to a deleted account.

Only on the waitlist?

If you never created an account and just joined the waitlist, email hello@musefashion.me and we will remove your email address.
